Public Announcement.

The Field Division Trashigang, Department of Roads would like to inform the general public that the timber decking of the Durdari Bailey Bridge at Pakhadang (km 41.60) will be replaced by the steel decking from 19^th-21^st Dec. 2011 and the general publics are requested to follow the ring road to Chaskhar village which starts from 40^th km post on Trashigang to Mongar PNH. The gradient of the farm road to Chaskhar is bit higher than the Primary National Highway; therefore the general publics are requested to plan and load their vehicles accordingly. The inconveniences caused are highly regretted by DOR, Trashigang

Note: The Field Division has requested the above announcement to be announced through BBS w.e.f 15^th to 17^th December 2011 vide letter no. DoR/FDT/2010-2011/W-8/583 dated 15^th December 2011 and also published in Kuensel vide letter no. DoR/FDT/2010-2011/W-8/584 dated 15^th December 2011.

With reference to the tender notification published in the kuensel issue of 2nd, December, 2011 for the Monsoon Restoration works on Sunkosh Dagana Road (0-27)km for Small Class under Bid reference No.DoR/FDS/2011-2012/23 , the office of the Executive Engineer, field Division, Department of Roads , sarpang would like to inform all the interested bidders who have down loaded the bidding documents before on or before 15th,  December , 2011  for the above  work to kindly note the changes in the Bill of Quantities (BoQ).
