Directorate Services would like to issue addendum in conjunction to NIT No. MoW&HS/Pro-Sect/Advert/2017-2018/504 dated January 16, 2018 for the supply and delivery of uniform ( Field dress) as follows:
ITB 7.3: The bidders are required to submit sample of the cloth material of the field dress along with the bid. Although the brands may differ, the quality should be at par or superior to the sample made available to the bidders by the Procurement Section of MoWHS. Bidders not complying with this requirement shall be declared as Non-Responsive.
The lowest evaluated bidder will be required to submit one set of stitched dress for both the engineers and the field staff for final approval before placing the supply order. If the stitched dress is not acceptable to the client, the same shall be returned to the bidder at no cost to the client or the purchaser and the cost of the rejected stitched dress shall be borne by the bidder/supplier.
ITB 27.2 Deadline for Submission of Bids.
The dateline for submission of the bid is extended as follows:
Revised date and time for submission of the bid: February 09, 2018 at 11:00 AM (BST)
Revised date and time for opening of the bid: February 09, 2018 at 11:30 AM (BST)

Category I/II Field Dress (For engineers & Field staff):
The amended quantity of the requirement is 233 set (For engineers) & 194 sets (Field staff)
Description of goods:
The material for the field dress should be at per or superior to the sample made available and the stitching designs should be exactly as per the sample.
Logo design of the field dress:
Refer the amended tender documents in our website ( www.mowhs.gov.bt) for the amended logo of the field dress.

The amendment issued shall be binding and therefore all prospective bidders are requested to include in the bidding document.
