This division is mandated to

  1. Collect road condition data
  2. Update road inventory
  3. Road network mapping
  4. Monitor & update Road App
  5. Compile & report daily road condition information
  6. Maintain & update other asset inventory
  7. Update road resurfacing data
  8. Compile traffic data
  9. Compile road accident information
  10. Road asset management system
  11. Countermeasures on slope disasters
  12. Road maintenance planning
  13. Financial planning & budgeting
  14. Road Maintenance Contract Administration
  15. Review & update road maintenance system
  16. Process maintenance related compensation issues
  17. Plan, coordinate & impart training on road maintenance
  18. Monitor & evaluate road maintenance
  19. Compile monthly labor, explosive, cement consumption & progress report
  20. Assess & budget monsoon damages
  21. Implement Road Act 2013 and Road Rules and Regulations 2016.
  22. Coordinate & liaise with HRD in HR planning and management
  23. Audit issues
  24. Coordinate & organize DoR Quarterly Meeting
  25. Plan and process budget for maintenance activities.
